• Welcome and advice to customers in the cash register sector

• Address and motivation of customers to use self-service offers

• Support during the scanning and payment process at the self-checkout checkout desks

• Assistance with technical or operating issues

• Ensuring a proper and promotional appearance in the self-checkout area

• Performance of quality controls

• Cash activity at regular cash registers

Your profile

• Experience in sales or customer support is beneficial

• Flexibility regarding operating times (MO-SA between 05:00 and 22:00); Early and/or late shift

• Enjoying direct customer contact and advice

• Basic technical understanding for POS systems

• Patience and sensitivity

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Resilience and flexibility, even with high customer volumes

• Good knowledge of German, other languages beneficial
