- Your missions: Analysis and optimization of store pilotage Complete a state of operation and control of the consumable store Analyze existing flows, stock levels and management modes Identify areas for improvement in organisation, traceability and performance Participate in the definition of new store management standards Review of storage modes Review storage strategies related to available capacities and locations Optimize item implantation and physical flows Improve ergonomics and operational efficiency of store areas Participate in the implementation of visual and organisational standards Digitalization of diamond tooling streams Digitalize diamond tooling flow control interfaces Develop or improve tools for tracking and managing the movement of tools Implement piloting indicators and operational reporting Support users in the adoption of new tools Chemical waste management Implement applications and tools to facilitate chemical waste management and traceability Participate in the improvement of disposal flows and associated practices Contribute to process security and compliance Step 5S – storage teams Set up a field-level improvement tool and set up a field-level improvement tool The must haves and skills required for this position: Student in engineering school, last year
- Interest in lean management methods, continuous improvement
- Analytical spirit, rigour and synthesis capacity
- Mastering data management tools: Excel, PowerBI
- Autonomous, organized, proactive and willing to be a force for proposals
