During your internship, your core missions will be as follows: HR Officer Design and Deployment Work with HR experts to understand needs and issues, to identify processes that can be optimized by HR Officers. Test, iterate and support the production of these Agents on internal platforms, ensuring technical and functional documentation. Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of deployed Agents and propose continuous improvements. Development of an AI Tutor for our digital training platform: Actively participate in the design and development of a Tutor based on Artificial Intelligence, integrated into our digital training platform. Provide a personalized and interactive user experience, identifying the specific needs of employees for learning and skills development. Work with training teams and technical experts to define the functionality, content and interface of the AI Tutor, and contribute to its technical integration and deployment. Participate in the deployment of the digital training platform in collaboration with digital teams and training. WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR HOUSE? As part of your master's studies in computer science, statistics or applied mathematics, you are looking for an internship with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its application in the professional HR world. The world of luxury and innovation fascinates you. You master the concepts of General AI (LLM, RAG, Agents, rapid engineering) and Google ADK libraries.
