Our 10,000+ colleagues of more than 105 nationalities are united by a shared independent spirit and commitment to excellence, striking to continuously rich our Maison Contract with maximum duration of 24 months BACKGROUND In order to support the development of our activities, we are looking for a Quality Technician in charge of defining, developing and validating the control processes applicable within the different sectors of our Manufacture in compliance with the established standards. HOW DO YOU HAVE AN IMPACT? As a member of the industrialisation team composed of production methods, industrial methods, the Bureau d'Etudes and quality methods, you will be responsible for ensuring the capability of all control processes. To do this, you participate in the co-construction of the plans, you define and design the posages, ranges and control programs. You share all of these elements with the transversal team and validate them to achieve consensus on the control process. You accompany the field teams (internal and external) during the deployment of the control processes and train them in the use of the proposed means. You propose, validate and apply the control standards in order to digitize and automate the control deliverables and those of the industrialisation team. You update the system data and ensure the reporting of your business and the KPI of the department. You provide support to field teams in monitoring the life series components to anticipate difficulties, propose the necessary actions or modifications, ensure follow-up of the changes implemented. You are involved in the various projects of continuous improvement of the company impacting the Quality Methods as well as the analyses of non-compliance and the co-construction of new solutions. WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR HOUSE? With a diploma in Technician with a specialization in metrology or machining, you master the programming of digital commands. You justify strong knowledge in the field of plan reading (ISO GPS rating). The knowledge of the watchmaking sector, as well as the mastery of Calypso-Zeiss, Keyence type LM Series, or CREO are more important. You are rigorous, result oriented, like to work in the field and have a strong spirit of service. You are recognized for your open mind and your ability to work as a team while demonstrating autonomy in your responsibilities. You are listening, pragmatic and proactive.
