We are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our #Squad! You will be attached to the site of La Chaux-de-Fonds. It is more than just a position of Technician.ne Quality Assembly, it is a position in which you can put all your knowledge in order to participate actively in the improvement and development of the activity.

Your contribution

• You make the visiting sheets and quality documents.
• You ensure quality support and support production teams in their quality approaches.
• You ensure the monitoring of preseries as well as the certification of T1 components.
• You record, follow and deal with non-compliance.
• You identify and raise issues, while being the power of proposal to implement adapted solutions.
• You ensure compliance with quality standards, including through post audits.
• You are involved in continuous improvement projects.
• You analyze production waste, monitor it and initiate corrective and curative actions.
• You make decisions within the framework of the quality exemption stream, in accordance with the procedures in force.
• You develop and follow the quality performance indicators (KPI) of the workshops.
• You ensure the relationship and quality monitoring with external subcontractors.
• You communicate in an appropriate, synthetic and structured way with all your contacts.

• You have a diploma in ES Quality Technician or an equivalent qualification, supplemented by a course in watchmaking. A TQ1 and/or TQ2 certification will be an asset.
• You justify 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in the watchmaking field, with expertise in movements.
• You have strong knowledge of watch components, especially movements.
• You master problem solving tools, reading plans and ISO rating, as well as general metrology principles.
• You can easily use common IT tools, including Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Quick-Control software will be an asset.
• You have an excellent spirit of analysis and logic. Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (MSP) will be a plus.
• You are autonomous, methodical, rigorous and proactive in your work.
• You are recognized for your communication skills and ability to write clear and structured documents.
• You are a strong proponent and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
• You have perfect command of French, both oral and written. Knowledge in English and/or German will be an asset. We invite you to apply even if you do not meet all of these criteria.
