Full description

As Team Leader Inbound, you're the go-to person when it comes to day-to-day operations. You make sure our products reach customers safely, on time, and without burning a hole in the budget. You lead with initiative, constantly look for ways to sharpen our logistics processes, and you play a key role in shaping and growing our new logistics team at the Neuenburg site.

• Daily operations in our fully automated warehouse run smoothly under your watch, and when something needs doing, you're the first to jump in
• Leading a team of 10 to 15 people means looking after both their professional growth and their well-being as individuals

Requisiti

• 3 years: Logistics
• No qualifications/further training required: Logistics/Supply chain
• English (Very good knowledge) French (Advantageous) German (Advantageous): Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, you should be willing to improve your English. French or German is a welcome bonus
• Extensive logistics expertise is part of your toolkit, whether it comes from years on the job or specialised training
• Solid leadership experience rounds out the picture, ideally gathered in logistics or somewhere close to it
• MS Office holds no surprises, and warehouse management systems are familiar territory
• Resilience, humour, enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality carry you far in the daily back and forth
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Demonstrating the courage to take risks and act on convictions under uncertainty
