Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the team Corporate Consulting
- Ensuring holistic, need-oriented advice and support for corporate clients
- Active management and targeted expansion of the own corporate portfolio
- Further development of corporate banking business within the framework of the banking strategy
- Participation in target group-specific market processing, performance of representative tasks and network maintenance in our region Requirements:
- Banking training with further training in banking, finance or business
- Multi-annual experience in a bank's corporate business, ideally in the management of SMEs
- Well-founded knowledge in holistic corporate consulting with a focus on credit and investment
- Leadership experience in a comparable function or motivation to assume responsibility in a leadership role
- A strong entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense for customers, market and risks
