Application process
- Connected to an Accounting Manager and based in Fribourg, you will be in charge of the following main tasks: Accounting management and Closing Pilot and coordinate the accounting operations of entities under the scope to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with deadlines Prepare and record the closing entries Ensure the critical review of the tasks carried out by the GL and Senior GL accountants Prepare, explain and present the monthly reporting to the Director of the Documenting Department, follow up and ensure the implementation of the current internal control system Leadership and team management Manage and lead a small team of GL and Senior GL accountants Provide coaching of the team and support the increase in the skills of the employees, while supporting their professional development Provide technical leadership and guide the team in solving complex accounting issues Set priorities, coordinate activities and ensure the achievement of the objectives of the department Internal relations and Projects Be the preferred interlocutor for our internal clients (succursals, houses, functions) for the general accounting subjects Pilot and contribute to the continuous improvement projects of the department Promote and guarantee the application of the accounting rules of the Group CONTINUE TO HOW TO Passionate about accounting and at ease with the numbers, you stand out in particular by the following skills: Strong analytical and synthesis capability with rigour and attention to detail Proactivity, autonomy and strength of proposal Excellent organization and management of priorities Resilience and ability to navigate in complex and demanding environments At ease with complexity Sensence of discretion and confidentiality Flexibility and adaptability Experience, training and skills-business: Federal accounting patent or equivalent Min. 8 years of accounting experience, with GL responsibilities, preferably in the international environment Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, CO) Mastery of IT tools (SAP, Advanced Excel) French mother tongue, you have excellent knowledge in English Team management experience is one more WHAT DIFFERENCY IS OUR GROUP?
