- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and care programs specific to the TCA program, ensuring the quality and consistency of the practices
- Direct complex diagnostic and therapeutic decisions, integrating the somatic, psychiatric and psychological dimensions of TCAs (anorexia, bulimia), from childhood to adulthood (6-66 years)
- FMH specialist title in psychiatry or pediatrics required.
- Clinical leadership skills and ability to make complex decisions.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and care programs specific to the TCA program, ensuring the quality and consistency of the practices
- Direct complex diagnostic and therapeutic decisions, integrating the somatic, psychiatric and psychological dimensions of TCAs (anorexia, bulimia), from childhood to adulthood (6-66 years)
- Participate in clinical reflections on therapeutic indications and treatment orientations within the multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate closely with all professionals of the TCA program (psychologists, nurses, dietaryists, somatic doctor, pediatricians)
- Ensure active coordination between the various internal and external interveners
- Provide an experience and support specialized in treatment teams
- Contribute to the development and improvement of TCA-specific diagnostic and therapeutic methods
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision and service institutional activities (training, working groups)
- Bring ethical and institutional reflection on situations with high complexity Skills required
- Knowing the somatic and psychiatric complications of TCAs as well as the specialized refuel and follow-up protocols
Key requirements
- FMH specialist title in psychiatry or pediatrics required.
- Clinical leadership skills and ability to make complex decisions.
- Ability to train and supervise an interdisciplinary team.
- Expertise in somatic and psychiatric complications of TCA.
- Experience in managing eating disorders.
- Collaborate within healthcare system networks.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital or outpatient psychiatry.
- FMH title recognized by MEBEKO.
