Titulaire d'une formation supérieure, par exemple un Bachelor/ Brevet fédéral, ou une formation jugée équivalente• Expérience professionnelle confirmée en management direct et en vente dans le secteur alimentaire (connaissances dans le domaine de HORECA un plus)• Expérience de conduite d'une équipe d'au moins 15 personnes• Aisance dans l'analyse et l'interprétation de ratios• Personnalité entreprenante, dotée de qualités de leadership et d'une très bonne capacité de communication• Orientation client prononcée et plaisir à fournir un service de qualité à une clientèle variée• De langue maternelle française avec une bonne maîtrise orale et écrite de l'allemand (min. niveau B1)

your entrepreneurial skills, leadership qualities and customer orientation on a daily basis• Contribute actively to the success of the St-Blaise store as a co-responsible• Ensure, with 6 department managers and around 30 employees, the marketing, presentation of products and the efficiency of business processes• Acquire, monitor and develop customer relationships as a key task for the success of the store• Support and continually develop your teams• Take overall responsibility for the store in the absence of the Director• Ensure budgetary management and replacement of the Admin/HR manager in case of absence, to ensure good administrative management of staff Anforderungen
Holder of higher education, e.g. a Bachelor/Federal Patent, or equivalent training• Confirmed professional experience in direct management and sales in the food sector (knowledge in the field of HORECA a plus)• Experience driving a team of at least 15 people• Adequacy in the analysis and interpretation of ratios• Entrepreneurial personality, with leadership qualities and very good communication capacity• Customer orientation pronounced and pleasure in providing quality service to a varied clientele• French mother tongue with good oral and written mastery of German (min. level B1)
