- Spitex near Winterthur is looking for YOU: FaGe (m/f/d), 60-100%, fixed days possible Your tasks:
- You are travelling independently by car to offer our customers the best possible care at home
- Your tasks include personal care, mobilization, nutrition support, as well as taking on delegated medical tasks such as medication management and wound dressings.
- You record nursing history in the electronic nursing documentation and order medication and nursing materials.
- Within a tandem, you bear the joint responsibility for the comprehensive care and individual care of individual customers and regularly meet your tandem colleagues for case discussions.
