Main responsibilities
- Professional management of employees
- Monitoring of performance and support of employees Assistance in the complete process
- Active participation in day-to-day business
- Active participation in the realization of projects and in the advance of the continuous improvement process (KVP)
- Participation/implementation at standup meetings (if required)
Key requirements
- 5 years: Logistics
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Logistics
- Completed basic training in the field of logistics (EBA/EFZ)
- Shift/team management experience of advantage Loadable and assertive
- Ready for shift operation (working hours: 07:00 – 16:00 / 12.00 21.00)
- Ready to work in an ambient temperature of 2-16°
- Open and communicative personality in a multicultural environment
