- You lead the outpatient consultation at the Sursee location and, as location manager, take responsibility for the organizational and professional development of the on-site obesity center
- You work closely with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to coordinated, sustainable care for our patients
- You contribute your own ideas, further develop processes and offers and maintain professional exchange within the Obesity Center Central Switzerland with locations in Lucerne and Stans Requirements:
- You have, if possible, a completed specialist title in general internal medicine or endocrinology or with a focus on visceral surgery and are interested in the disease obesity
- You enjoy leadership tasks as well as organizational responsibility and would like to actively help shape an outpatient location
- You value interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, communicate clearly and authoritatively and enjoy networking with different professional groups
- You approach patients with empathy, work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic outpatient environment. We offer:
