Role overview
In the field of construction we design the further development of our stores in Switzerland.
Together with location development, expansion, planning team, regional management and other interfaces, we ensure that reconstructions and new openings are reliably planned, controlled and implemented.
In this role, you take responsibility for retail projects from planning to licensing procedures to acceptance.

- You have a degree in architecture or a comparable qualification.
- You bring multi-year, detectable experience in construction management or project management in retail or interior design in Switzerland.

- You bring multi-year, detectable experience in construction management or project management in retail or interior design in Switzerland.
- You work very safely with ArchiCAD – from planning to entering and implementing levels.
- You are familiar with building inputs and approval procedures in Switzerland, including governmental communications, requirements management and demonstration.
- You can develop, evaluate and translate interior design documents and design concepts into a feasible execution.
- You bring strong implementation competence in quality assurance, appointment control, acceptances, defect tracking and documentation.
- You can communicate safely in German or Swiss German, French and English.
- You work structured, independent and solution-oriented – also in an environment with multiple projects, many interfaces and regular travel activities.

Application process
- You are responsible for building applications and building inputs: from the compilation and examination of the documents to the authority communication and approval.
- You coordinate specialist partners such as Statiker, Brandschutzplaner and specialist engineers, and integrierst their proofs into the overall package.
- You tax general contractors in retail production and ensure quality, appointments and clean implementation.
- You carry out visits, advances and decreases, document results and follow defects consistently until complete processing.
- You accompany the takeover and return of rental areas including protocols, deadline management and coordination with landlords or center management.
