As a market processing unit, Mobiliar is responsible for partnership with professional brokers.
For our team in the Department of Market Management, we are looking for a dedicated personality that brings joy in the care and development of broker relationships and uses its expertise in property insurance for our corporate customers.
The job is aimed at professionals from broker care or underwriting property insurance who want to make the next step in career.

- In the role as (Senior) broker:in
- actively build personal broker relationships and maintain them in the long term.
- Complete basic training in assecurance and further training at level
- Experience in brokerage or in the care of professional brokers
Main responsibilities
- In the role as (Senior) broker:in
- actively build personal broker relationships and maintain them in the long term.
- you are the first contact person for our brokers and convince with expertise and personality.
- actively support strategic market management.
- conduct annual talks with brokers and create sound annual plans.
- In the role as Underwriter Sachversicherung Corporate Business
- analyse risks of medium and large enterprises in Switzerland.
- develop individual cover concepts, develop offers and independently draw risks within your competences.
- calculate rewards, create policies and accompany the dossiers of A–Z.
- participate in risk visits and introduce your technical understanding.
Key requirements
- Complete basic training in assecurance and further training at level
- Experience in brokerage or in the care of professional brokers
- Experience and sound knowledge in the national insurance business
- Initiative and communicative personality, which convinces through negotiation skills and enforcement
- Strong customer orientation, high self-responsibility and motivation in personal handling with our brokers Reliable and solution-oriented operation

- In order to perform this function, the Insurance Supervision Act requires the conclusion of insurance intermediary/in VBV, profile non-life.
