Main responsibilities
- You proactively advise interested parties regarding the appropriate rental offers
- You process the digital re-letting process and are in direct contact with tenants and landlords
- You carry out visits of the rental objects with interested parties
- You create and manage object, property photos and 360° video tours of properties
- You select suitable tenants in cooperation with the management
- You draw up rental contracts and support in the preparation of mandate offers as well as in the development of marketing measures
- You organize and conduct rental events (including reporting)
- You are assisting in the removal of property due to renovation or demolition Requirements
- You have completed your training as an EFZ specialist:mann customer dialogue or EFZ Kauffrau:mann
- You bring professional experience in direct customer service
