Regional Channel Sales & Distributors Manager EMEA (100%) Männedorf, Switzerland (with extensive travel across EMEA) Your contribution As the Regional Channel Sales & Distributors Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in driving Tecan’s growth across the EMEA region.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of distributor partners across EMEA.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans with each distributor, ensuring alignment with Tecan’s growth objectives.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from opportunity generation to project delivery—acting as the primary interface between distribution partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support distributors in customer engagement, including joint visits, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Monitor distributor performance, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement of sales performance and profitability.
  • Provide technical expertise in laboratory automation, instrument configuration, and integrated solutions.
  • Deliver high-level technical presentations and participate in key customer discussions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex and high-value projects.
  • Travel extensively (50–70%) across the EMEA region to support distributor and customer needs.
