- You are responsible for defining, deploying and evolving the strategy and quality objectives of the Manufacture.
- You benefit from an experience confirmed in a quality function, ideally acquired in a demanding industrial environment, and preferably in the area of watchmaking, microtechnology.
Main responsibilities
- You guarantee the quality of products and processes.
- You are responsible for defining, deploying and evolving the strategy and quality objectives of the Manufacture.
- You are in charge of steering quality indicators and trend analysis to identify improvement axes.
- You are responsible for the management and development of the Quality Team, promoting autonomy, accountability and increasing skills.
- You are the guarantor of the identification of the root causes of non-compliance and of the steering of corrective and preventive action plans.
- You are a privileged partner of production teams in solving quality issues and in implementing continuous improvement approaches.
- You are the guarantor of the development of a culture of prevention and control of quality risks.
- You are involved in projects of industrialization, development and improvement of products and processes.
- You have to work closely with the Production, Methods, Industrialization, Development, Logistics teams You are also responsible for monitoring the quality performance of suppliers and participate in the associated improvement efforts.
- You are in charge of preparing and accompanying internal and external audits.

- You are a force for proposals and you know how to turn quality issues into concrete and sustainable action plans.
