The CNP recruits a Psychologist-psychotherapist, a key player in mental health.
- Evaluate and diagnose patients' mental disorders. - Orient and supervise psychological and therapeutic follow-up. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care. - Evaluate and diagnose patients' behavioural, emotional and cognitive disorders. - Orient and provide psychological and psychotherapeutic follow-up. - To help patients acquire ways to maintain or improve their psychological, physical, intellectual, emotional, social and interpersonal functioning. - Supervise psychologists in training to train the successor. - On medical prescription and independently provide individual, family and group psychotherapeutic care. - Provide guidance to psychologists, assistant psychologists and contribute to the training of trained doctors and other professionals. - Conduct assessments, psychological assessments and therapeutic indications based on a clinical evaluation. - To collaborate in the development, implementation and updating of the personalized patient project. - To promote mental health among a fragile population, in support of cantonal institutions. - Maintenance and administrative monitoring of its clinical activity (recording of reports, keeping of patient records, receipt of benefits) and of those of supervised staff. - Ensure collaboration with the network. - Participate in multidisciplinarity reflection and clinical development times. - Participate in meetings relating to the definition of projects and guidelines of the department, particularly in the area of succession training. - Ensure the application of therapeutic methods based on the best scientific evidence - Contribute to ongoing training and mental health counselling with partners.
- Hold a master's degree in psychology or equivalent recognized at the federal level. - To benefit from a post-graduate qualification recognized at the federal level in psychotherapy. - Know the organisation of the Swiss and cantonal health system. - Have an experience of several years (min. 3 years) as a psychologist-psychotherapist, with a practice confirmed in individual, family and group psychotherapy. - Successfully mentored psychologist colleagues and demonstrated interest in succession training and knowledge transfer. - Be able to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively with the network. - Demonstrate great adaptability and openness to change. - Have a common sense of listening, understanding, and a taste for pedagogy and creativity in the search for solutions. - Mastering the French language and the usual computer tools.
Key requirements
- Hold a master's degree in psychology or an equivalent title recognized at the federal level.
- Hold a recognized federal postgraduate title in psychotherapy.
- Know the organization of the Swiss and cantonal health system.
- Have several years of experience (min. 3 years) as a psychologist-psychotherapist.
- Successfully supervised fellow psychologists.
- Be able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Show great adaptability and openness to change.
- Master the French language and common IT tools.
