Psychologist Head of Department Childhood and Adolescence
In the middle of the department, you will be responsible for the clinical, pedagogical and managerial management of the Children and Adolescents Department. You are a member of the Management Committee and you will be actively involved in the strategic thinking of the institution and contribute to the development of mental health services for children, adolescents and their families. You will be responsible for the quality of psychological services, team development and post-Gratis training of psychologists in an institution recognized as a P1 training site.
As part of your function you will be required to
- To define and implement the clinical vision of the department.
- To translate the strategic orientations of the CNP into operational objectives.
- To participate in the budget management and the management of the activity.
- To develop a culture of interprofessional collaboration and continuous improvement.
- To recruit, accompany and develop the psychologists of the department.
- To ensure the quality of the services and their suitability to the needs of the population.
- To support the development of new clinical schemes and projects.
- To promote the fluidity of the care routes and cross-sectional collaborations.
- To ensure that professional, ethical and regulatory standards are respected.
- Ensure the quality of post-Grade training for psychologists.
- Provide guidance to responsible psychologists.
- Maintain the institution's recognition as a P1 training centre.
- Encourage clinical research and scientific outreach of the NPC.
- Develop collaborations with academic and professional partners.
The competencies required for this position are as follows
