- You take on the holistic responsibility for a versatile real estate portfolio with a focus on commercial and operational properties as well as selected Swiss Post residential properties in the Basel region.
- Market-compliant full rental, the further development of marketing strategies and professional vacancy management are your responsibility.
- As a competent owner representative, you maintain demanding customer relationships and advise ownership and other stakeholders on all management-relevant issues and are in close contact with tenants, house maintenance, authorities, planners and external service providers and coordinate the cooperation of all parties involved.
