- You are fully responsible for managing a portef wilile of major commercial properties
- You work and control the annual budget including forecasts and control and control creditors
Main responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for managing a portef wilile of major commercial properties
- You work and control the annual budget including forecasts and control and control creditors
- You are training and carrying out your subordinate staff (including target agreement and monitoring of achievement)
- You provide advice and support to tenants and owners and control the Facility Manager
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing and monitoring maintenance as well as for pediatric status assessments including reporting
- You are conducting negotiations, rental contract changes, rental interest changes and indexed rental interest adjustments
- You monitor the current rental interest policy and advise homeowners on setting the rental interest rate Requirements:
- You have an Eidg.
- Fachausweiss Immobilienverwaltung or an adequate training in the real estate sector
- You have several years of experience in the real estate industry, have experience in rental law, especially in the field of commercial property, and basic building skills
