Your responsibilities
- Ensuring stable and efficient production processes in cable production (extrusion, bypassing, tinning)
- Operational close cooperation with production and process engineering to optimize processes
- First-level support in the event of faults on the installations
- Training and further development of employees on processes and plants
- Co-design and monitoring of maintenance and maintenance in cooperation with TPM
- Analysis of processes, handling of complaints and implementation of sustainable improvement measures
- Planning and conducting trials for process optimization and product launch
- Participation in industrialisation projects and introduction of new facilities and technologies
- Active participation in shop floor management as well as in lean / CIP and 5S initiatives Your profile
- Basic technical training (e.g.
polymechanical, automatic, mechatronic or plant operator)
- Further training as process specialist or technician HF
- Several years of experience as a manufacturing engineer in a production department, ideally cable production or length production
- Know-how in lean management and routine application of corresponding methods
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working method
- High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Communicative, resilient personality with an innovative spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
- Good German and ideally English skills
