- You will be responsible for performing the positioning, tooling and precision components on conventional and CNC machines (type 102 lathe, Ewag, F3 milling machine, grinder and others) for the entire Manufacture
- You will perform the assembly of tools and positioning intended for the production of our components in accordance with our quality, quantity and deadline rules
- Holder of a CFC in micro-mechanic or polymechanic or a training considered equivalent
- Experience of at least 5 years in machining At ease with computer tools Knowledge of FAO and Alphacam software Good team spirit and communication skills
Main responsibilities
- You will be responsible for performing the positioning, tooling and precision components on conventional and CNC machines (type 102 lathe, Ewag, F3 milling machine, grinder and others) for the entire Manufacture
- You will perform the assembly of tools and positioning intended for the production of our components in accordance with our quality, quantity and deadline rules
- As responsible for your production, you will check the conformity and quality of the machined parts visually and with the help of measurement instruments (Videocad, gauges, comparators, etc.)
- In collaboration with the workshop manager, you will ensure the respect of the ranges and processes defined as well as the continuous improvement of the production process.
- In this way, you will present improvement actions and/or modifications if necessary Requirements
- You hold a CFC in micro-mechanic or polymechanic or a training considered equivalent as well as an experience of at least 5 years in machining
- You are at ease with computer tools and knowledge of FAO and Alphacam software would be an asset
- Organized, flexible, precise and rigorous, you also demonstrate a good team spirit and good communication skills
- Curious, you are a driving force in optimizing processes and have good analytical skills What we offer Basic and supplementary health insurance
