- You process and control payment orders (domestic and foreign, SIC, SWIFT, LSV, standing orders and netting) efficiently and on time.
- You advise customer consultants and end customers competently in specialist and support inquiries.
Main responsibilities
- You process and control payment orders (domestic and foreign, SIC, SWIFT, LSV, standing orders and netting) efficiently and on time.
- You advise customer consultants and end customers competently in specialist and support inquiries.
- You will carry out complex investigations, research and recovery in a targeted and solution-oriented manner.
- You are responsible for the first cut in the compliance filter and thus guarantee a secure, compliant processing.
- You validate technical adjustments for system releases and interface developments.
- You represent the department in projects and actively promote the continuous optimization of our operational processes. Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in national and international payment transactions coupled with a sound process understanding
- Precise, structured and reliable working methods with analytical foresight in complex situations
- Team-oriented and communicative personality who values cross-divisional collaboration
- High motivation to question the existing, to contribute your own ideas and to actively shape changes and automation Solid user experience in Microsoft 365;
