- As an Order Management Specialist, you serve as the primary point of contact for customers and business partners regarding UPS Systems within the Electrification/ Power Protection business area, based in Baden, Switzerland.

Main responsibilities
- Your role and responsibilities:
- As an Order Management Specialist, you serve as the primary point of contact for customers and business partners regarding UPS Systems within the Electrification/ Power Protection business area, based in Baden, Switzerland.
- Reporting to the Head of Project management & Engineering, you play a key role in supporting the sales-& project management team by leveraging your customer service & project execution expertise to manage and respond to customer inquiries and project needs efficiently and professionally. The work model for the role is: #hybrid You will be mainly accountable for:
- Processes orders by coordinating with Sales, Project and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products
- Organize project material logistics with factory, suppliers and customers
- Monitor order production status, delivery schedules, and proactively manage delays or escalations to maintain customer satisfaction
- Handle invoicing and customer account setup in accordance with internal guidelines and project team input
- Supports the sales/ project team in execution phase by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer and internal stakeholders communication
Key requirements
- for the role:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship; further education at higher vocational level (HF) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in order processing or a similar role
- Agile and proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership of customer issues
- Solid knowledge and experience in customer service Confident user of SAP
- Experience in EU-Export Process is an advantage
- Strong team player with a solution-oriented and independent working style, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in German and French; Italian is a plus and English is welcome More about us
