Main responsibilities

  • Your Responsibilities: Field-Based Activities (approx. 70%)
  • Planning, organizing, and delivering customer and operator training sessions for Liebherr machines on-site.
  • Promoting safety standards and best-practice working methods in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Advising machine operators, production managers, and operations managers on the optimal use of machines, tools, and work processes.
  • Conducting competency assessments and recommending appropriate training and development measures.
  • Supporting customers in improving operational processes, maintenance practices, and machine efficiency.
  • Remote / Office-Based Activities (approx. 30%)

Key requirements

  • Completed technical education in mechanics, hydraulics, electromechanics, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of hands-on experience operating earthmoving, mining, or other heavy-duty equipment.
  • Solid technical knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, combined with a professional approach when interacting with customers and dealers.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • High willingness to travel, flexibility, and the ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

Application process

  • Providing technical advice and support to dealers and end customers regarding machine operation and application.
  • Preparing and maintaining training materials, reports, evaluations, and related documentation.
  • Coordinating and exchanging information with internal departments and manufacturing plants.
  • Supporting dealer assessments, quality evaluations, and Customer Service Management projects.
  • Performing administrative tasks and working remotely from a home office in accordance with company policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to continuously develop skills and adapt to new technologies and processes.
