The CNP is established under cantonal public law and has the task of conducting the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with the partner institutions. The CNP aims to rehabilitate patients suffering from mental disorders by adopting an integrated and community psychiatry model; implements public policies for the promotion and prevention of mental health; acts as a reference centre in the field of vocational training and psychiatry research.

As a nurse Case Manager in the treatment and early intervention programme for psychotic disorders (TIPP-Neuchâtel), you are accompanying young adult patients and their relatives in their care and in maintaining their ties with the community, with the help of various biopsychosocial interventions. As part of your function you will be required to:

• Provide nursing case management for young patients with a first psychotic episode or high risk condition.
• Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments and participate in the development of the individualized care plan.
• Coordinate management with the multidisciplinary team and the network partners.
• Promote patient involvement in care and develop a lasting therapeutic alliance.
• Respond flexibly and proactively, including in the community.
• Participate in treatment monitoring and prevention of ruptures of care.
• Support and support the family and the environment.
• Support social and vocational reintegration.
• Contribute to early detection and de-stigmatisation.
• S, be part of a recovery and early intervention approach. The skills required for this position are as follows:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a title deemed equivalent and recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Training or experience in case management is an asset for the function.
• Benefit from a minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatry, including at least one outpatient experience.
• Have a driver's licence.
• Mastery of clinical bases in psychiatry, especially in beginner psychotic disorders.
• Ability to provide a nurse case management and community monitoring.
• Ability to carry out a comprehensive assessment that integrates clinical, psychosocial and functional dimensions.
