At the crossroads of R&D, project management and digital tools, this internship offers the opportunity to contribute to how movement development projects are governed and tracked. Your mission will be to organize how movement development projects pass through their development milestones: formalizing the criteria and responsibilities involved, building on what is already in place, and structuring the governance that brings together the right actors - from production and development to industrialization, purchasing and quality - in the right instances, to validate each step. The goal is for milestone status to reflect shared, explicit criteria and a clear decision-making process, rather than individual judgment. Building on this foundation, you will look at how the tools and processes supporting movement development can be digitalized, drawing on an existing digital flow proposal that has not yet been pursued, and on the expectations already gathered from the teams concerned.
