YOUR MISSION

Make the balance adjustment and set-up, ensure and guarantee the production of parts in terms of quality, quantity and deadlines for the different production lines. Your missions

Machinery adjustment

• In line with scheduling, prepare the means of production.
• Perform the balance adjustment.
• Validate new tools.
• Ensure settings and start with control of the first components.

Maintenance of production tools

• Ensure production and quality monitoring of the parts produced (statistical checks).
• Monitor the correct operation of the machine and participate in its preventive maintenance.
• Manage the proper care of the pads.

Perform manufacturing operations

• Achieve defined pace objectives.
• Meet quality criteria.
• Follow job instructions and working methodologies.
• Alert in case of abnormal process or excessive waste.
• Be self-contained in manufacturing and adjustment on the trades concerned.
• Carry out self-control operations on its production according to current quality standards.

Problem solving

• Alert the trade specialist.
• Be able to bring the first steps of analysis to a problem before alerting the person in charge (maximum 30).
• Participate in problem solving if requested.

Continuous improvement

• Encourage reflection with technical specialists.
• Propose improvements to optimize performance.
• Work and participate in projects in collaboration with internal partners.
