Mission
As part of this function, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will take responsibility for a production workshop in cutting and finishing, composed of adjuster mechanics and operators.
In close collaboration with the other workshops of the Wheels service and support services, you will ensure the performance of your workshop by ensuring the waiting of the production objectives and compliance with the Patek Philippe standards, while promoting the collaborative experience.

Main responsibilities
- Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and time to achieve the goals.

- Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and operating times.
- Ensure compliance with the production plan and ensure compliance with the Patek Philippe standards.
- Advance the workshop activity and operational processes in close coordination with other workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal clients and other services and divisions. Profile sought
- Bachelor of Microtechnics or Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent training.
- Experience from 1 to 3 years in a managerial function. Knowledge of production management
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools.
- Mastery of office tools (MS Office), SAP knowledge an asset.
- Ability in written and oral communication and listening.
