- They support and empower nurses in all areas of the Cantonal Hospital Aarau in the care of patients with oncological and oncological hematological diseases.
- They accompany, train and advise patients with oncological diseases across all areas through direct clinical nursing practice or in the consiliar setting.
- You will take over the professional leadership as well as support and coaching of specialist and nursing experts in the competence team/ANP oncology.

- Together with the Oncology Center Mittelland, you will take on the lead in nursing audits/certifications in the field of oncology.
- They prepare current care quality indicators, initiate measures, plan the evaluation and delegate the implementation to the specialist / nursing experts of the respective area.
- You work out strategic directions together with the management of care development.
