YOUR MISSION

Implement a global security culture within the site.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Ensuring human health and safety

• Pilot, deploy and analyse workplace risk identification
• Propose a progress plan consistent with the company's strategic, tactical and operational objectives
• Ensuring regulatory compliance of the site
• Build the training modules and lead the training of all employees on health risks and accidents (external yc).
• Pilot and participate in carrying out OSH audits in the company.
• Framework the external EHSS approaches
• Establish a system of traceability of accidents, incidents and hazardous situations. Supervise the implementation of the necessary corrective measures.
• Monitoring and ensuring progress of action plans related to human health (risk management, audits, incidents, spontaneous referrals).
• Develop and disseminate a global HSE culture aimed at reducing accidents/diseases/diseases associated with the workplace or in the extra-professional setting.
• Set up and control the organization in case of emergency (detection, reaction, evacuation, fire file, support management in crisis management).
• Supervising the on/off boardings of employees (badges access, training / basic information etc.).

Ensuring the security of persons and property

• Work closely with lodge officers
• Develop and maintain a safety concept (yc installations) based on the activities of the manufacturer and group standards and manage the overall dissemination of the current rules and the training of employees.
• Manage the break-in system and access control system, access to safes, video surveillance.

Ensure our carbon footprint is reduced.

• Conduct environmental analysis according to the group's methodology and propose an environmental policy consistent with our entire ecosystem.
• Implement waste monitoring and propose reduction solutions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental protection standards.
• Ensure contact with competent authorities. (SENE, commune).
• Ensure that the list of chemicals is maintained and that substitutes are proposed.
• Pilot and monitor environmental indicators (waste, VOCs) and energy consumption.
• Offer optimizations of our installations (HVAC, compressed air...)

Activity management

• To lead management committees
• Attend external meetings within the group

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
