- As Lead People Experience, you lead a growing team of four and are jointly responsible for the management of our logistics sites in Neuchâtel and Krefeld.
- Together with your team, you will supervise and accompany the employees and managers at our logistics sites in Neuchâtel and Krefeld.

- 3+ years: HR Operations & Business Partnering in the logistics environment (with team leadership)
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Human Resources (HR) / Human Resources
- You bring at least two to three years of leadership experience and have ideally already led a team of seven to ten employees
- HR is not a black box for you.
- You have in-depth expertise and are very familiar with German employment law
- You also make informed decisions in a dynamic environment, set clear priorities and can represent them convincingly.
- Working with different stakeholders and leaders at all levels is easy for you and gives you pleasure
