MISSION

As early as February 2027 and for a period of 6 months, we are looking for a trainee for the conduct of work aimed at establishing new manufacturing strategies using laser micromachining equipment.

LIABILITY

• System optimization: To understand and optimize the parameters of a complex opto-mechanical machine.
• Materials Science & Process: Study light-matter interaction on a micrometric scale. You will propose and validate innovative machining strategies to ensure the material integrity and surface condition of the parts.
• Experimentation & Vulgarization: Design experimental plans (DoE), carry out test campaigns, analyse the results and ensure their restitution.
• Proposition force & Innovation: You will be able to propose new ways of improving, whether in terms of productivity, geometric quality or design freedom.

PROFILE

• Student in Microtechnics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Physical or Equivalent (Master level);
• You have a strong taste for practical machine experimentation combined with a rigorous scientific approach;
• Knowledge of femtosecond optics and/or multi-axis trajectory programming are important assets;
• Good communication and outreach capabilities;
• Curious.se, creative.ve, autonomous and power of proposal;
• Taste for teamwork and the desire to learn.
