In order to complement our team within our general agency of Neuchâtel, which offers its insureds high-level services in the management and processing of their contracts, we are looking for a customer support. The various missions that await you:

• Support our agency advisors and brokers for both management and contract monitoring
• Manage claims according to the Agency's competencies
• Make insurance offers for our private customers and companies (all industries)
• Support external service and broker advisors in business tracking
• Inform clients (reception, correspondence, telephone) What makes you unique:
• Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years
• Commercial training in private insurance
• French mother tongue, second national language an asset
• AFA certification holder an asset You are also autonomous, comfortable with customer service, teamwork and you know how to manage priorities and stress, so you are the person we need! We offer you :
