• Manage the operating team professionally and organizationally
• Plan and organize support operations and ensure processes and quality in this regard
• Ensure communication and documentation of survey operations in German, French and Italian
• Transfer technical, technical and organisational innovations to the survey operation
• University degree, preferably in communication, political or social sciences and several years of professional experience in a multilingual environment
• Strong communication, organizational and planning skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss health system and its actors or great motivation to acquire them
• Very good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of a third official language
• Interest in leading an interdisciplinary team and shaping an open working culture
