Full description

• Handle legal and legislative matters at all levels, particularly in the legal areas related to digitalization in public statistics, data management, and health
• Independently answer various legal questions concerning health, statistics, and digitalization
• Respond to parliamentary initiatives from a legal perspective and support the drafting of opinions within the framework of inter-office consultation and reporting procedures
• Assist in the coordination and networking within the department and with other federal authorities on legal issues related to digitalization
• Lead or participate in working groups and commissions, as well as conduct negotiations with internal and external partners
• Academic degree (Master's in Law)
• Law degree/LL.M an advantage
• 4-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in the field of legislation
• Knowledge of legislation on data protection, statistics, artificial intelligence, and digitalization in general
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language; the main working language in the DigiSanté program is German
