The Cartier Manufactures will make you discover an environment in strong industrial and digital transformation, in which you can discover the stakes of the Supply Chain. As the Supply Chain & Purchasing Intern, you will play a key role in the transformation of our department. You will intervene directly on the continuous improvement of our processes by working closely with our partners and applying the principles of Lean Management.
• Responsibilities Analysis of current processes: Diagnosing inefficiencies and identifying areas for improvement in component procurement management and in our interactions with partners. Process Optimization: Simplify and streamline administrative processes with advanced analytical tools and decision support tools to improve our overall efficiency. Implementation of change: To support operational teams and our partners in transforming their practices, eliminating low-value-added tasks and facilitating the adoption of new working methods. Performance monitoring: Develop and deploy performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively manage processes and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
