Establishment of cantonal public law, the CNP has the task of conducting the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with the partner institutions. The NPC aims to rehabilitate patients with mental disorders by adopting an integrated, community-based psychiatry model; implement public policies to promote and prevent mental health; it acts as a reference centre in the field of vocational training and psychiatry research.

The Department of Advanced Age is looking for

Nurse 80-100% CDMax

You have a HES diploma or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross. You want to join a recognized institution specializing in mental health.

As part of your function you will be required to

• Identify patient needs and resources at the beginning of the care intervention and develop care objectives and actions taking into account a comprehensive and interprofessional therapeutic project.
• Conduct individual interviews, family and network interviews in collaboration with an interprofessional team.
• Prepare written documentation from beginning to end of care intervention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The competencies required for this position are

• Having several years of experience in the field of psychiatry, an asset.
• Be flexible and have the ability to work as an interprofessional team.
• Demonstrate a spirit of analysis and synthesis.
• Great resistance facing a demanding environment.
• Have excellent communication skills in French.
