Our rehabilitation units are located at the sites of Locle, Val-de-Ruz, and offer different types of courses. Our patients benefit from a multidisciplinary and personalized care thanks to a dynamic and specialized team working on a state-of-the-art technical platform.

Nurse head of care unit at 80-100%

Your missions

• Lead and mentor a team of about 30 employees
• Manage and coordinate the organization of nursing care in a 24-bed unit with general rehabilitation beds
• Ensure efficient patient care and quality of care in accordance with existing protocols and recommendations
• Ensuring the application of principles of professional ethics and the dissemination of care values
• Functional supervision of teams, support for new arrivals and the development of skills within its department (continuous training)
• Optimally organize unity in collaboration with different partners

Your profile

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Authorization to practise a health profession in the canton of Neuchâtel
• Minimum work experience 3 years in hospital
• An experience in rehabilitation, an asset
• Management training, community management or willingness to attend training
• Team management experience, an asset
