The unit of medicine c and pulmonary rehabilitation is a unit composed of 10 beds of general medicine in acute care and 9 beds of rehabilitation specialized in the care of patients with chronic respiratory disease.

Your missions

• Lead and mentor a team of about 30 employees
• Manage a unit consisting of beds dedicated to lung rehabilitation and medicine with the specificities of each discipline
• Ensure efficient patient care and quality of care consistent with institutional care values
• Organize unity optimally in collaboration with the various internal and external partners

Your profile

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Authorization to practise a health profession in the canton of Neuchâtel
• Management certificate or title deemed equivalent, plus
• Team coaching experience, an asset
• Minimum 3 years work experience in acute care unit
• Knowledge of different benefits related to pulmonary rehabilitation and medicine
• Interest and Team Management Skills
• Knowledge of the cantonal health network
