Role overview
As a CIUS, you are a key player in the organization and management of care activities within the rehabilitation clinic, and as such:
- Take an active part in the management of the health care team (planning, mentoring, coaching of staff, management of priorities).
- Ensure the fluidity, quality and reliability of the information transmitted within the institution and between the various actors in the care.
- Ensure the efficiency, efficiency of the care of patients, ensuring an optimal organization of resources and an adequate distribution of the workload.
- Ensure the quality and safety of the care, in compliance with the institutional standards, protocols and requirements.
- Contribute to the development, optimization and harmonization of care processes.
- Participate in the implementation, evaluation and monitoring of rehabilitation protocols, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support field teams and Üsz in complex situations.
- Promote a positive working environment and a constructive team dynamic.
- Master's degree in nursing or equivalent (red Cross recognition for foreign degrees)
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation
- Experience confirmed in management, team
- Management training (or in progress) is an asset
- Good understanding of the organizational and financial challenges of the health sector
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to make decisions, manage priorities and deal with complex situations
- Master's degree in nursing
French in oral and written form (minimum B2 level)
