- Contribute to the development, optimization and harmonization of care processes.
- Participate in the development, evaluation and monitoring of rehabilitation protocols, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent (recognition Red Cross for Foreign Diplomas)
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation Experience confirmed in team management
- Management training (or ongoing) is an asset
- Good understanding of organizational and financial issues in the health sector
