For our two new logistics centers in Neuchâtel am Rhein in Germany, we are looking for an independent person as an HR specialist in our People & Culture department. Our ambitious growth plans for the Neuchâtel am Rhein site offer you the opportunity to grow and actively shape the future of HR at the logistics centre.

• From the drafting of the employment contract to the preparation of the exit - you are responsible for the personnel administration from A to Z
• You create intermediate and employment certificates and process mutations, applications for unpaid leave, side jobs, etc.
• You advise our employees on various aspects of our employment conditions, time recording and regulations
• As part of our quarterly goals and daily business, you will work on the continuous optimization of our processes, with a focus on digitalization, automation and simplicity.
• The postal processing and the digital storage of personal documents in the electronic personal dossier are also part of your tasks
• As the first point of contact, you support our employees on site and take their requests competently.

Requirements

• You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and bring solid knowledge in the German personnel administration as well as in labour and social security law
• You have an affinity for digital tools and find your way around the different softwares (Success Factors, Abacus, MyTime, Zendesk, Confluence and Jira)
• You enjoy discovering opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that promote productivity and efficiency – while not losing sight of people
• You think systemically and beyond your area of responsibility and let a good dose of pragmatism flow into your decisions
• You use your creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
• You are a real team player who likes to support others and at the same time does not hesitate to ask for help if necessary. Through consistent and reliable action, you build trust
• You communicate effectively in both German and English. Knowledge of French is an absolute plus!
