- You will contribute to the organization's performance by driving the life cycle, accompanying transformation, developing talent and supporting teams on a daily basis.
- In this context, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting departmental managers in the development of the HR strategy and in all human resources, development and team training issues
- Acting as a close partner by ensuring a regular HR presence within departments
- Understand the HR strategy and decline the department's medium/long-term action plan into concrete actions
- Participate in the definition of the recruitment needs of your target population and carry out the related recruitments (sorting of files, interviews, references)
- Conduct development, support or reshaping interviews in partnership with managers
- Monitor and retain talent while acting as a facilitator in change management
- Participate in various HR projects, in partnership with other entities
- You have excellent knowledge of French and English both orally and in writing (level B2 of the European standard required)
