- Strategy & roll-out: You develop and implement a holistic BGM strategy for the Suva clinics in line with the BGM of the Suva
- Technical responsibility: The overall technical responsibility for lowering management, prevention and early intervention, as well as for existing and new prevention offers, lies with you
Main responsibilities
- Strategy & roll-out: You develop and implement a holistic BGM strategy for the Suva clinics in line with the BGM of the Suva
- Technical responsibility: The overall technical responsibility for lowering management, prevention and early intervention, as well as for existing and new prevention offers, lies with you
- Analysis & prevention measures: absentee data and causes of prevention As a central contact person, you are available for all questions relating to case management
- Key figures & measurement of success: The definition, collection and evaluation of key figures for the measurement of success (e.g. reduction of absence days, costs or fluctuations) are also part of your responsibility
- Projects & further development: Cross-departmental BGM projects guide and control your own and develop new ideas and impulses.
- In addition, you work on cross-disciplinary BGM, occupational safety and health protection projects with profile
- Training & Qualification: You have completed training in the field of work, organisational or human resources psychology, health management, case management or a comparable qualification
- Experience: Multiannual experience in occupational health management brings you with and experience in healthcare is beneficial Expertise:
- Moderation & Training: You have experience in the moderation of workshops and in the implementation of trainings
- Working methods & Personality: An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working is just as good as empathy, counselling skills and enforcement skills
Additional details
- Experience: Multiannual experience in occupational health management brings you with and experience in healthcare is beneficial
- Languages & IT: German you can master in mother tongues and inverse French. Very good IT skills are of course for you
