Role overview
We are looking for an experienced manager (80-100%) for the Schaffhausen Cantonal Hospital and the Breite Psychiatry Center as of September 1, 2026 or by appointment.
The social service at the Schaffhausen Hospitals promotes and supports the recovery process by dealing with the social aspects of health and illness.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, the social service coordinates collaboration with internal and external specialists and institutions.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in social work FH or equivalent degree
- Experience in Swiss health and Social Services
- Sound knowledge of psychosocial counseling, adult and child protection law, social security law.
- Leadership experience ideally with appropriate qualifications Resilience and flexibility
