Our Chocolate & Flavor Creation business unit develops innovative equipment and solutions for the processing of chocolate, coffee, cocoa, nuts and other ingredients.
As Head of Automation Project Execution, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our automation projects in plant construction, develop our global automation competences and lead the automation team at the Uzwil site into a successful future.

- You assume overall responsibility for automation within project management and ensure the technical, timely, qualitative and economical implementation of our customer projects
- They are responsible for automation projects in plant construction from the creation of a tender to the successful completion of the project and coordinate the necessary internal and external resources worldwide.
Main responsibilities

- They are responsible for automation projects in plant construction from the creation of a tender to the successful completion of the project and coordinate the necessary internal and external resources worldwide.
- You will lead and develop the automation team at the Uzwil site and expand the global automation competencies in accordance with the project execution strategy of Chocolate & Flavor Creation
- You assume responsibility for the automation cost center as well as for the preparation of all offers in the area of plant control.
- Support sales and retrofit business, deepen understanding of our customers’ needs and promote effective customer communication Requirements
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable discipline or basic technical training with relevant further education at the level of university of applied sciences
- At least five years of professional experience in process automation in an industrial environment and proven leadership experience
- Further training in management and business administration is advantageous
- Strong communication and team skills, high level of commitment as well as experience in working with international and interdisciplinary stakeholder groups as well as negotiating-proof German and English skills
