- As part of your function you will be led to: o You develop and implement the necessary guidelines and programs for the department's objectives, and ensure the proper functioning of clinical activities in a spirit of multidisciplinary collaboration.

- o You provide expertise and assistance to front-line medicine, home care teams, and in collaboration with somatic care.
- o You are able to provide specialized care and adequate support outside the psychiatric hospital setting.
- o You participate in the continuous training of teams to ensure a high level of skills, and contribute to the development and improvement of diagnostic methods of processing.
- The competencies required for this position are:
- o have a minimum of 2 years of hospital and/or outpatient psychiatry activity o have knowledge of the Neuchâtelois or Switzerland health network o have a spirit of interdisciplinary teamwork and networking o demonstrate leadership and planning o be able to make decisions
